Action: Douglas Fir is an astringent, a diuretic, and an expectorant. It is a sedative and is relaxing for joints, muscles and nerves. This oil may help with anxiety, asthma, bronchitis, catarrh, colds, coughs, flu, and infections.
Application: Diffuse, apply to the Vita Flex points or to the area of concern.
