Action: Jasmine is an anticatarrhal, antidepressant, and antispasmodic. Jasmine may help with mucus, conjunctivitis, coughs, dysentery, eczema, hepatitis, hoarseness, labor pains, laryngitis, lethargy, menstrual cramps, muscle spasms, and sprains. It may also help reduce anxiety, apathy, and depression.
Application: Apply topically to the wrists, behind the ears, and on the neck and face as well as point of need. May be applied as a compress and diluted for use during a massage. Diffuse.
