Action: Myrtle is good for soothing coughs by rubbing it into the chest. It helps with digestive issues such as gas or diarrhea. It supports the immune system and it can be used to treat skin problems such as acne, bruises, oily skin and psoriasis.
Application: Apply topically to the wrists, behind the ears, and on the neck and face as well as point of need. Rub between hands and breathe in the fragrance. Diffuse.
Fragrance Influence: Myrtle is elevating and euphoric. It also soothes anger.
Companion Oils: Blends well with bergamot, lavender, lemon, lemongrass, rosewood, rosemary, spearmint, thyme and tea tree.
